Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives across talent functions. You will design and implement skills-based organization strategies, leverage Generative AI and LLMs to generate insights, and partner with clients to adjust hiring, learning, and career development practices.

Role requires deep experience in workforce strategy, data-driven decision making, and organizational transformation, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics to inform decisions.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models to accelerate workforce analysis, scenario modeling, and executive recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, and roadmaps.
