Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workforce Support Specialist in the United States. The role encompasses delivering training, managing performance programs (DCIPS), and coordinating personnel deployments, with emphasis on data-driven reporting and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will facilitate training, maintain essential dashboards, and collaborate across diverse teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of program coordination experience, plus strong MS Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years managing or coordinating multiple programs; 7–10+ years if no degree.
• Knowledge of federal workforce regulations and DCIPS.
• Experience as instructor/facilitator with strong communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience reviewing/editing official documents with ICD 203, 206.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the full curriculum of training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
• Advise and track progress in the DCIPS Performance Management Program.
• Coordinate deployments, including readiness, travel, and medical/security requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track training, performance, and space utilization.
• Draft position descriptions based on OCONUS requirements and provide deployment recommendations.
• Review training feedback and materials for updates and improvements.
• Lead training on ICD 203 and 206 standards and create reference tools.
• Serve as a primary contact for performance management and deployment issues.
• Maintain the directorate's space implementation plan and monitor vacancies.
• Maintain DeploymentNet and other program databases; prepare status briefs for leadership.
