Job summary

The role requires hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience, current certification, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and operations. Onsite four days a week in Michigan with remote options for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations for the ATLAS program.
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure system stability and data integrity.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple deployment waves.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada.
• Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
• Provide post-deployment support and act as SME for WorkForce Software functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.
