Jefferson State Community College in Alabama is seeking a Workforce Project Coordinator to develop and maintain partnerships with K-12, nonprofit and corporate partners. The role supports the Center for Workforce Education, manages grant initiatives, plans classes, recruits participants, and reports outcomes with strong customer service and communication skills.

The position may require evenings and travel between campuses, with a salary of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 depending on experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with community partners.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of special projects and grant programs.
• Coordinate with community partners to develop workforce training classes.
• Create and maintain project documentation for internal review and audits.
• Assist in planning increased enrollment of the Workforce Education Center.
• Lead in recruiting and outreach to promote short-term training programs.
• Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Document student, instructor, and class information for reporting.
• Attend training days and monitor class progress.
