We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist to provide data, reporting, and project support for a Workforce Planning team in Atlanta.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and supporting projects that may shift quickly based on business needs. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between different functional areas, learning new processes quickly, and taking initiative to keep important work moving forward.
This is primarily a workforce data, reporting, and project support position rather than a recruiting or employee relations role.
Maintain workforce data, employee development information, project trackers, and related records.
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and presentation materials.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
Track talent pools, development plans, career development activities, and other workforce information.
Coordinate meetings, focus groups, working sessions, and project activities.
Track deadlines, action items, project updates, and follow-up needs.
Assist with workforce surveys, organizational assessments, and data collection projects.
Maintain and update workforce planning databases, tracking systems, and project files.
Prepare materials for leadership meetings and workforce planning discussions.
Manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities as business needs change.
Move efficiently between priority projects and other critical assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative and analytical support for special HR, workforce, and organizational projects.
Handle employee and organizational information with discretion and confidentiality.
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in HR support, workforce planning, data management, reporting, project coordination, HR operations, or a related area preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly spreadsheet maintenance, data tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, project documentation, or leadership-facing materials.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and work effectively when priorities or assignments change.
Strong initiative and ability to identify or resume important work after completing a priority assignment.
Ability to work successfully in an environment where every task may not be completely defined or structured.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating meetings and tracking project activities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with employee and organizational information.
Experience with workforce planning, workforce analytics, HRIS systems, employee development, succession planning, talent programs, career development, or organizational initiatives is a plus.
