The position is open to all applicants that meet the minimum qualifications below. The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Workforce Data Analytics Specialist position in the Office of Workforce Development. The Workforce Data Analytics Specialist supports data-driven decision-making by ensuring data quality, analyzing workforce performance, and developing reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. This position collaborates with leadership and program teams to identify trends, support federal and state reporting requirements, and communicate key findings through clear, effective data visualizations and presentations. This position is located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta at 1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA 30345.
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, information systems, computer science, economics, education, business, public administration, public policy, workforce development, or a related field and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years experience across IT functions. Computer reporting, statistics or finance experience is required OR Associates degree and four (4) years experience across IT functions
