Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an onsite Staffing Coordinator to support client operations, payroll, onboarding and workforce issue resolution. This role engages with client teams and vendors to ensure SLAs are met and processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has logistics or manufacturing experience, strong data-management skills, and customer-service capabilities to support daily staffing needs on a client site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience handling client communications.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with process-oriented operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures issues are handled timely and appropriately.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects onboarding documents prior to start date.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
