Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Community Liaison to strengthen partnerships with local employers and community organizations in the Odessa, TX area. The role promotes workforce programs and educates customers about available resources.

You will manage social media channels, run SMS campaigns, and deliver in-person presentations while supporting workforce system customers and driving outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community-based providers to implement and promote initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to civic and social services for workforce programs.
• Identify community resources to educate customers on workforce services.
• Use workforce resources to achieve performance goals.
• Collect information on labor market needs and opportunities for customers.
• Develop social media channels and in-person presentations.
• Drive social media presence across digital channels.
• Initiate and manage SMS messaging campaigns.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
