The Workforce Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s hourly Millwright workforce while supporting workforce development, business process improvement and the continued development of the company’s Management System (AMS).
You are a people-oriented operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to a growing organization. You are equally comfortable building relationships with field employees, coordinating workforce needs and working behind the scenes to improve processes, documentation and systems.
You take ownership, follow through and naturally look for ways to make things more organized, consistent and efficient.
