Entrega is a growing technology professional services firm based in Michigan, seeking a highly organized Workforce Administration Lead to build and improve the administrative practices supporting employees from onboarding through the employment lifecycle.

The role acts as a senior individual contributor, bridging recruiting and employment, ensuring timely transitions, accurate records, and efficient onboarding while coordinating with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruiting‑to‑employment transition and act as the primary Workforce Performance & Operations interface.
• Establish and maintain clear handoff requirements, workflows, responsibilities, checkpoints, and completion criteria for transitions.
• Coordinate offer and employment documentation following approved hiring decisions and compensation requirements.
• Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other required pre‑employment activities.
• Collect and coordinate information required to establish new employees within applicable workforce systems and processes.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, Technology, Finance, Resource Operations, and other stakeholders to support employee readiness.
• Maintain visibility into each incoming employee's transition status, outstanding items, and completion.
