Entrega is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Workforce Administration Coordinator to help operate the administrative processes and services that support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
The Workforce Administration Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating workforce administration activities accurately, consistently, and on time. The role supports the transition of selected candidates into employment, employee onboarding, workforce records and systems, employee changes, benefits administration, employee services, and offboarding.
Working closely with the Workforce Administration Lead and other members of Workforce Performance & Operations, this role will also coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Resource Operations, managers, Technology, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure new employees successfully transition from candidates into prepared Entrega employees.
The Workforce Administration Coordinator will maintain operational workflows, track activities and requirements through completion, maintain accurate workforce information and documentation, coordinate across employees and managers, and help ensure important administrative requirements do not fall through the cracks.
Prior Human Resources experience is not required. We are interested in professionals with strong business operations, project coordination, program coordination, administrative operations, HR operations, or similar experience who demonstrate exceptional organization, accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through. We can teach the right candidate our workforce processes and systems; we are looking for someone who already knows how to operate with discipline.
