The position is responsible for ordering, receiving, organizing, tracking, duplicating, and distributing instructional materials, including books, tests, quizzes, labs, and program supplies.

Provide administrative and operational support for Advanced Manufacturing Workforce programs.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Coordinate the ordering, receiving, storage, tracking, duplication, and distribution of program materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive and inspect shipments and resolve discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
  • Coordinate with Duplications, internal departments, suppliers, delivery personnel, and part‑time staff.
  • Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and material transfers.
  • Maintain materials and program tracking spreadsheets and other program documentation.
  • Prepare, label, bind, package, and distribute instructional materials to appropriate classrooms and locations.
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, record keeping, special projects, and other daily program operations.
  • Identify potential supply or logistics issues and take appropriate action to prevent program delays.
Knowledge
  • Administrative procedures, inventory control, purchasing, and materials management.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and electronic record‑keeping systems.
  • Basic shipping, receiving, duplication, and distribution processes.
  • Office and materials‑processing equipment, including copiers, label makers, and binding machines.
  • Record‑keeping and documentation practices.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely operate copiers, label makers, binding machines, and other related equipment.
  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes and materials weighing approximately 40-50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive activities associated with materials preparation and inventory management
Salary Range (PG 2)

$47,840 - $51,189
