Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer‑service related activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $54,000 - $62,000 per year, plus a performance‑based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
