Job summary

Aerotek, a workforce solutions leader, is seeking a Workforce Manager in Utah to liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract staff. You will help maximize profitability by aligning client needs with quality contractors and supervising on-site temporary workforce.

Ideal candidates have customer or sales experience, teamwork skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. Aerotek offers competitive salary with a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience is preferred.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.

As a Workforce Manager you will...

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $62,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
