Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiting Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office and contract employees, and to oversee the temporary workforce on site.

This role offers a base salary of $64,000–$70,000, plus a potential $2,000 annual bonus, and benefits including medical, dental and vision, an HSA and 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Handle conflict resolution using Aerotek resources.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $64,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
