Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a client liaison to manage the temporary workforce at client sites in Everett, WA. You will coordinate between client managers, Aerotek's local office, and contract employees to ensure smooth operations and timely staffing.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs to maximize profitability, delivering quality contractors, and contributing to internal and client reporting. Overtime is available and a performance-based bonus potential of $2,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience managing people or in leadership.
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Attend client production or staff meetings as required.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Resolve conflicts using Aerotek resources.

• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Benefits

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $30-$32 per hour as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000 and overtime is available.
