Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive workforce management experience.
• Experience with HCM/workforce management systems (UKG Pro, Kronos, Dayforce) preferred.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights for operations.
• Strong stakeholder management with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UKG WFM Timekeeping, Attendance, and Scheduling across U.S. and Canada.
• Collaborate with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to roadmap enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and governance in U.S. and Canada.
• Monitor attendance, PTO, and schedule adherence before payroll processing.
• Provide reporting and analytics on time/attendance data and labor forecasting.
