Zusammenfassung

GEODIS is seeking a Specialist Time and Attendance System to administer UKG WFM, configure scheduling, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws across applicable states. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to deliver reliable workforce management solutions and maintain system security.

You will design shift templates by operational zones, test enhancements, generate attendance reports, and train managers on timekeeping and WFM usage, while staying current on labor

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience administering WFM systems, preferably UKG.
• Experience with timekeeping configuration and scheduling.
• Knowledge of wage and hour regulations.

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain WFM parameters, including shift templates and pay codes.
• Design and implement shift scheduling by operational zones to match business needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations to translate zone requirements into configurations.
• Test and deploy WFM enhancements and new features for shift/zone management.
• Generate attendance, overtime, and coverage reports and ensure compliance.
