Job summary

Weyerhaeuser’s Workforce Management Analyst role in Seattle focuses on expert administration of timekeeping, attendance and scheduling in UKG across U.S. and Canada locations, including manufacturing sites and HQ.

You will collaborate with HRMS, IT, Payroll and vendors to optimize workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and grow labor forecasting and analytics capabilities inside a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, information systems, supply chain, operations management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in workforce management functionality in scheduling, time and attendance and reporting features in a large, multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Experience implementing or supporting HCM/workforce management/time & attendance/scheduling systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP eTime, Dayforce) preferred.
• Ability to synthesize workforce data to provide clear, decisive insights for staffing decisions.
• Strong collaboration with HR, payroll, IT, HRMS, finance and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UKG WFM Timekeeping, Attendance Tracking, and Scheduling across U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to prioritize enhancements and deliver roadmaps.
• Ensure Timekeeping and Scheduling complies with federal/state/provincial laws and governance.
• Monitor and validate hours, attendance exceptions, PTO/leave, and schedule adherence before payroll.
• Optimize processes and implement improvements to workflow, controls, and automation.
• Support audits of timekeeping and scheduling; prepare documentation and remediation actions.
• Provide reporting and analytics on time & attendance and support labor forecasting models.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for stakeholders.
