Qualifications

• Experience managing and coordinating a portfolio of workforce development grants and related initiatives.
• Ability to track progress, risks, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate outreach, enrollment, and participant flow to support grant performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of an assigned portfolio of workforce development grants, ensuring activities align with approved scopes, timelines, and performance requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project work plans across multiple grants for timely and compliant delivery.
• Support grant-level oversight by tracking progress and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support aligned grant delivery and employer engagement.
