• Provide consistent case management and follow-up to achieve goals.
• Coordinate and facilitate workforce development workshops.
• Maintain organized client databases and document all contacts.
• Collaborate with schools, account managers and management for documentation.
• Assist in intake services and ensure compliance-driven standards.
