Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) is seeking a Workforce & Finance Coordinator to manage records for apprenticeship and workforce programs while providing financial and administrative support to the association. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confidential info handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Ability to learn database and workforce program software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records for workforce and apprenticeship programs.
• Support apprenticeship program requirements and documentation deadlines.
• Assist apprentices and employers with program questions and documentation.
• Monitor and update information in Apprentiscope and other databases.
• Prepare program reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation.
• Coordinate document approvals and maintain files.
