Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and documentation.
• Manage freelancer availability and time submissions.
• Support contract administration and policy questions.
• Assist day-to-day finance administration and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with accounting and ensure timely workflows.
• Provide administrative support for workplace operations.
