Chaos Industries in Los Angeles is seeking an organized, proactive Workplace Operations Manager to own the employee experience of our LA offices. You’ll run day‑to‑day operations, manage vendors, and build scalable programs to support growth.

You’ll coordinate across Facilities, IT, Finance, People, and Legal to keep spaces well‑run, budgets in check, and documentation standardized. This role balances long‑term strategy for our LA workplace with hands‑on execution, ensuring a top‑notch employee

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in workplace, office management, facilities, or related field.
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts, and owning a budget.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong detail orientation.
• Solid project management instincts and multi-priority juggling ability.
• Hands-on attitude with strategic judgment for systems vs. tasks.
• Ability to work independently and drive progress with minimal direction.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on employee experience.
• Comfort with ambiguous, fast-paced environments and scaling operations.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operations across LA office portfolio and be the primary contact for employees, building management, and landlords.
• Manage workplace services end to end: snacks, beverages, supplies, lunch, mail, and on-site amenities.
• Source, onboard, and manage workplace vendors including contracts, pricing, SLAs, invoicing, and reviews.
• Plan and run events and experiences in LA from team gatherings to leadership visits.
• Manage LA workplace budget, forecast needs, and identify cost savings.
• Partner with Facilities on maintenance, repairs, space moves, and building issues.
• Support office expansions, renovations, relocations, from planning through occupancy.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Finance, People, Legal, and business leaders.
• Maintain leases, floor plans, workplace standards, vendors, and docs.
• Develop standardized docs, workflows, and repeatable processes for operations.
• Gather employee feedback and drive service, space, and program improvements.
• Help create scalable workplace practices for a growing global org.
