Job summary

NLACRC is seeking an Operations Accounting Supervisor to oversee payroll and accounting operations in the San Fernando Valley area. The role leads a team, ensures accurate payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and timely payments while maintaining internal controls.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 4+ years payroll experience, and 5+ years progressive accounting with at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years payroll experience.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook, and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and operations accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Supervise payroll processing, bank reconciliations and payables.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and asset tracking.
• Assist monthly and annual closing process and financial reporting.
• Develop staff training and conduct ongoing training sessions.
• Collaborate with management to improve policies and procedures.
