Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead payroll and operations accounting in a hybrid California environment. You will supervise payroll & accounting staff, ensure accurate processing, and implement quality controls.

This exempt role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including payroll, and at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years payroll experience and 5 years accounting experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and operations accounting teams to ensure accurate processing.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, payables, and fixed assets.
• Develop trainings and support monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare financial reporting and projections.
• Improve accounting policies and implement new systems.
