Job summary

Tech Impact is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager to lead and support workforce development programs in our Delaware region. You will oversee the regional program team, ensuring high-quality delivery, staff development, and strategic partnerships.

The role focuses on instruction, wraparound services, and job placement services for program graduates. You will manage operations, budgets, and volunteer and employer engagement, while supporting staff growth and ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be willing to maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, CRM databases, and LMS is preferred.
• Experience with diverse communities and workforce development programs is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in workforce development and outreach/relationship development is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of tactical program delivery within the region to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee delivery of regional workforce programs including recruitment, instruction, student support, volunteer coordination, and job placement for graduates.
• Coordinate class schedules, staff meetings, and community events with team.
• Monitor program outcomes and support enrollment, retention, and placement goals.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex program issues.
