Job summary

Tech Impact is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager to lead the Delaware region’s workforce programs. You will oversee program delivery, instruction, wraparound services, staff development, and partnerships with employers and community partners.

The role requires managing a 2–6 person team, coordinating admissions and student support, and ensuring quality outcomes while maintaining a flexible schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Flexible schedule may be needed for evenings/weekends.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, and LMS is preferred.
• Experience in workforce development or community programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of regional program delivery and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee recruitment, instruction, student support, and job placement for graduates.
• Coordinate class schedules, staff meetings, and community events with the team.
• Monitor outcomes and support enrollment, retention, and placement goals.
• Lead, support, and develop a 2–6 person staff team.
