Job summary

ERDA is seeking a Job Coach to identify and develop meaningful partnerships with businesses and employers for the Work Ready Oklahoma program, coaching participants to employment success using goal-directed strategies.

This role supports managing job fairs, working with the TTA provider on outreach, and helping participants with remote work requirements, including interviews, onboarding, and coaching. Attending WRO workshops and leading activities are also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• At least three years of experience in recruitment, outreach, or workforce development.
• Experience marketing and representing a program and its services to stakeholders.
• Experience with outreach, sales, or job placement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with businesses and employers for the Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) program.
• Coach participants to employment success using goal-directed strategies.
• Support the management of job fairs and outreach efforts with the TTA provider.
