Job summary

Opportunity Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Job Coach to deliver on-site training, mentoring, and workplace assessments for individuals in the community. The role includes coaching Vocational Rehab clients and those in Supported Employment Follow-along, with regular job-site visits and detailed progress documentation.

The position emphasizes collaboration with employers, accurate reporting under CARF standards, and maintaining productivity targets while supporting client growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to document progress clearly.
• Organizational and time management skills are essential for productivity.
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent software for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to Vocational Rehab clients and those in Supported Employment Follow-along.
• Visit job sites at least twice monthly as required by budgets.
• Develop natural supports at the work site and monitor client progress.
• Maintain documentation and reports per CARF and funding guidelines.
• Promote services to meet individual client needs and advocate for appropriate supports.
