Opportunity Works, Inc. is seeking a job developer to assist individuals with disabilities in securing community employment. You will teach resume writing, help create job board profiles, and coach clients through interview practice to improve readiness.

The role involves connecting with local employers and providing onsite support to promote independence. You will advocate for clients to ensure long-term job success and build partnerships with businesses in the area.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Experience with the DD population preferred; proficient with Microsoft & Google Suites.

Responsabilidades

• Teach job seekers how to write resumes and create profiles on job boards.
• Practice interview skills with individuals to improve employment readiness.
• Help clients apply for jobs and make connections with local businesses.
• Provide onsite job coaching and promote independence; advocate for long-term success.
