VOA Oklahoma seeks a Workforce Development Manager in Tulsa to provide client-centered career coaching and employment navigation. You will collaborate with referral sources, employers, and community partners to tailor support to individual goals and develop measurable employment plans.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in workforce development or related field, with strong communication and MS Office proficiency; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in workforce development, case management, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered career assessments to identify skills, barriers, and readiness.
• Develop and monitor Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) with participants to set measurable goals.
• Assist with job search, resume development, interview preparation, and ongoing coaching.
• Connect participants with wraparound services needed to sustain employment.
• Build partnerships with employers, workforce agencies, and training providers.
• Coordinate with program staff and referral partners to ensure comprehensive support.
• Represent VOA Oklahoma at community events, job fairs, and workshops.
