Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong program management skills and ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to cultivate relationships.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to use audiovisual equipment.
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement skills programs, apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships for individuals and businesses.
• Collaborate with the Workforce Development Team to tailor training opportunities.
• Work closely with the Apprenticeship Unit Director and stakeholders to ensure program success.
