Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement skills programs, apprenticeships, and pre-apprenticeship opportunities for individuals and businesses.
• Collaborate with the Workforce Development Team to design customized training aligned with career goals.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and academic pathways to support clients’ career progression.
• Travel as needed to project locations and partner sites.
