The MAMC Workforce Development Program Manager is responsible for supporting program clients in obtaining training, industry-recognized certifications, apprenticeship and pre‑apprenticeship opportunities, and academic degrees that best align with their career goals. The Workforce Manager is part of MAMC’s Workforce Development Team and reports directly to the Apprenticeship Unit Director. The position will split time between MAMC’s primary facilities in Huntington and South Charleston.
As part of the MAMC Workforce Development Team, the Manager will work closely with the Team to plan, coordinate, and implement skills programs, apprenticeships, and pre apprenticeships for individuals and businesses. This position will work directly with people and businesses developing customized, in demand training opportunities.
