Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Eligible for Universal EPA Certification.
• Completion of a recognized trades apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• 1 year of general building maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Repair and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and complete scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect and replace fixtures, fittings, and safety equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
