Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Data Management & Reporting Manager to own workforce data governance and integrity within Workday. You will ensure accurate organizational structures, workforce records, and reporting data, partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

You will lead data corrections, mass updates, and enterprise data uploads, while guiding regulatory and HR operations reporting to drive timely, compliant decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in HR data management, HRIS, workforce reporting, or HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce data governance and organisational structures within Workday.
• Lead data corrections, mass updates, and data loads.
• Manage reorganisations, acquisitions, and workforce transformations.
• Own regulatory, statutory, and compliance reporting.
• Develop and distribute HR operations reporting for service delivery.
