Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights in the United States to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets and lines of business.

You will translate complex data into actionable staffing and financial recommendations, partnering with leaders across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations to ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field.
• 4+ years in business analytics, IT, or related field.
• Healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience owning technology products and driving adoption.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics projects including workforce capacity planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with leaders to assess market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Support analytics performance by monitoring SLAs and staffing trends.
