Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead enterprise workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives. You will develop staffing models using historical data, membership forecasts, and processing times to determine staffing needs across markets and lines of business.

You will translate data into staffing and financial recommendations, influence decisions, and work across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• ~4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT.
• Experience with staffing models, optimization, and analytics tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives.
• Develop staffing models using historical volume, forecasts and productivity data.
• Translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations for leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
