Centene Corporation in the United States seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts across markets and lines of business. You will build models from historical volume, membership forecasts and processing times to determine staffing needs.

You will partner with leaders to translate data into staffing and financial recommendations, influence workforce decisions, and ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet business and regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT, healthcare admin, statistics or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics, IT or general business; healthcare/consulting preferred.
• Experience with technology product ownership, deployment and adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with business leaders to align analytic capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between plans and business units.
• Identify enterprise solutions from research of key business problems.
• Support deployment and adoption of analytic tools and monitor performance metrics.
