Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets. You’ll translate data into staffing and financial recommendations and partner with leaders across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT and operations.

You’ll drive analytics projects, monitor SLAs, and ensure teams are properly staffed to meet business goals and regulatory requirements. Strong Excel, Power BI and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT; healthcare or consulting preferred.
• Experience with analytics tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools.
• Experience in organizational performance management or change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics projects and workforce capacity planning initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate findings into staffing and financial recommendations.
• Engage with business leaders to understand market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Monitor analytics performance indicators and SLAs.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
