Job summary

American Airlines in Boston (Logan) is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Workforce Administration team within Technical Operations. You will assist with payroll-related reporting and staffing analyses to help leadership make informed decisions.

You will use Workbrain for time coding and schedule management, handle overtime requests, field trips, shift swaps and holiday adjustments in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Audit and prepare weekly headcount and monthly projection reports.
• Understand payroll processes and Workbrain time coding.
• Ability to work with labor agreements and time systems.
