Job summary

Airspace in Carlsbad, CA is hiring a Solutions Engineer to translate complex customer SOPs into precise, software-defined workflows within our core platform. You will configure both core and mobile driver workflows, ensuring every step matches customer intent and operates reliably at scale.

Expect to collaborate across onboarding, operations, product, and account management while building reusable components to speed delivery and improve accuracy. A strong background in SOP parsing is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in solutions engineering or a related role bridging customers and a platform.
• Proven ability to convert SOPs into actionable process diagrams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience governing processes to drive adoption.
• Comfort with structured data and JSON-like configurations.
• Strong communication and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Lucidchart, or Visio is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding, operations, account management, and product to gather requirements and validate workflows.
• Translate customer SOPs into intelligent, JSON‑defined workflows inside Airspace’s platform.
• Configure mobile driver workflows to align with customer expectations in the field.
• Test, validate, and evolve configurations before going live.
• Build reusable workflow components to scale configuration across customers.
• Measure workflow impact and drive automation and service levels.
