Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our R&D team in Carlsbad, CA with remote US options. You will translate complex SOPs into precise, config-driven workflows inside our platform and configure the driver and field workflows used in the field.

You will partner with onboarding, operations, product, and account management to gather requirements, validate configurations, test rigorously, and build reusable components to scale.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in solutions engineering or similar roles bridging customer requirements and technical platforms.
• Strong ability to translate SOPs into actionable flows and structured workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding, operations, account management, and product to gather requirements and validate workflows.
• Translate customer SOPs into intelligent, JSON-defined workflows within Airspace’s core platform.
• Configure field and mobile driver workflows to ensure correct ground execution.
• Rigorously test configurations and iterate as requirements change.
