Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in workflow automation, Salesforce administration, systems automation, or a related technical role, preferably in a remote environment.
• 2+ years of experience in K–12 education, virtual education, higher education, or education technology with knowledge of student lifecycle processes.
• Independent work ability with minimal supervision and remote home-office stability.
• 1–2 years of Google Workspace experience.
• Clear written communication skills (Email, Google Chat, Document Comments).
• Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up).
• Experience designing automations with Salesforce Flow Builder and low-code platforms.
• Ability to develop multi-step workflows, decision logic, triggers, and approvals.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and implement sustainable solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SIS, LMS, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation & Process Design: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows across Salesforce, SIS, and enterprise applications.
• Automation Performance & Platform Collaboration: Monitor performance, identify failures, and resolve issues via root-cause analysis.
• Governance, Testing & Documentation: Ensure data governance, security, testing, and documentation for automations.
