Job summary

PackageX seeks an Enterprise Workflow Architect to design and implement workflows for complex physical operations. You will collaborate with customers, sales, product, engineering, and AI teams to translate operational needs into scalable platform solutions.

Responsibilities include pre-sales design, hands-on configuration, pilot testing, and go-live support across customer environments. Travel to sites is required; strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in solutions architecture or enterprise implementation.
Experience with enterprise software platforms and APIs.
Experience working with enterprise customers through solution design to go-live.

Responsibilities

Discover customer workflows and map current-state and future-state processes.
Design, configure, and document package workflows inside the platform.
Lead pilot setups, validation, and rollout support.
Serve as the technical point of contact during solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
Travel to customer sites for discovery, mapping, and go-live activities.
Identify reusable workflow patterns and contribute to playbooks.
