Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree + 3+ years experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM BAW.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workflow design sessions.
• Design, build, and test BPM workflows and automation end-to-end.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality integrations and reliable solutions.
• Monitor BPM platforms, including performance tuning, upgrades, and defect resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve workflow or system issues with ongoing technical support.
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and standards.
