Elliott Davis is seeking a Workflow and Resource Allocation Manager to optimize end-to-end production workflows across Tax teams, balancing workloads and staffing to meet firm targets. You will lead scheduling, capacity planning, and recovery plans, using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or related field; experience considered as alternative.
• At least two years in Tax Support/production coordination roles or public accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with all levels of staff and customers.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day production workflow across tax industry teams.
• Deploy staff and redistribute assignments based on capacity and deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time delivery and enforce turnaround targets.
• Lead team briefings and monitor work-in-progress.
• Develop recovery plans for aging or at-risk work.
• Support long-range capacity planning and scheduling.
• Produce high-level workflow updates for leadership.
• Collaborate across industries and engagement teams.
• Assist onboarding of new customers into master schedule.
