Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a public accounting environment, at least one of which has been spent at Elliott Davis.
• Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of practice line; fundamentals of technology; change management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Tax technology roadmap and strategy.
• Identify inefficiencies, automate processes, and implement new tools.
• Collaborate with Tax Operations, IT, and professionals to drive adoption.
• Lead change management and provide training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and measure ROI of tech investments.
