Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions in the US seeks a Portfolio Manager, Workflow Transformation to lead the portfolio orchestration within the Workflow Transformation & Architecture organization. You will coordinate initiatives, pilots, and vendor engagements to align priorities and ensure operational readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Technology, Product, Data Reporting, and external partners to provide executive visibility, governance, and value realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications.
• 7–10 years of experience in portfolio/program/transformation management or related fields.
• Experience in governance environments and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to develop decision-ready materials, dashboards, and governance updates.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, surface trade-offs, and align across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Workflow Transformation portfolio with visibility across initiatives, pilots, roadmap workstreams, vendor engagements, and readiness.
• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, and executive review routines across design, delivery, and enablement functions.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of resource demand, sequencing, risks, and readiness across initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor-related milestones, risks, and decisions within portfolio governance.
• Maintain the integrated transformation roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and operational transition activities.
• Partner with Architects and Delivery leaders to translate priorities into executable portfolio plans.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive scoreboards for governance.
• Facilitate leadership alignment on priorities, sequencing, investments, and resource constraints.
